An art print after the French realist painter Gustave Courbet, showing a nude woman with long dark hair asleep on a couch, one arm raised behind her head and white stockings at her legs, beneath heavy brown drapery with a glimpse of trees and evening sky through the window.
The warm browns and soft skin tones give it a quiet, intimate, old master feel. Presented behind glass in a two-tone wooden frame, honey wood on the outer edge with a darker inner moulding and a thin gold-tone slip. A beautiful piece for a bedroom, study or classic gallery wall.
