Shipping and delivery

Free UK delivery

We offer free delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch times

We aim to carefully package and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery service

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and some locations or busy periods may take longer.

We’ll send a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully packaged for its journey, with particular care taken to protect frames, glass and delicate items. We reuse suitable packaging materials where possible.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact theforgottenroom.uk@gmail.com with your order number so we can help.

For damaged deliveries, photographs of the item and packaging, where available, help us investigate. Please take care around any broken glass.
